StarrZing is Zing's community recognition program for the Teammates who go above and beyond, shift after shift, Spot after Spot. When your Zings score reaches certain thresholds, you earn a Community Star. Stars come with more than status: they unlock access to the Community Pool, a revenue-sharing fund drawn from the platform's growth.

One Star

ONE STAR

Achieved after 3 full loops through the Zings rating cycle. You've proven you can deliver excellent work consistently across multiple Spots and seasons.

Two Stars Two Stars

TWO STARS

Achieved after 4 complete loops. Your reputation is established across a wide network of Spots. You're a name people remember and request by name.

Three Stars Three Stars Three Stars

THREE STARS

Achieved after 4+ loops with sustained elite-level performance. You are the standard by which all other Teammates are measured. A true ZingAstra.

THE COMMUNITY POOL

A percentage of Zing's platform revenue is set aside in the Community Pool each period. StarrZing members share in this pool proportionally to their star level and activity. It's not a bonus. It's a stake. When Zing grows, the people who built that growth with their work and reputation share in the outcome. That's how we define community.

ZING ASTRA GUILD

An elite community
of top performers.

The Zing Astra Guild is the inner circle, an exclusive community for the highest-rated, most consistently excellent Teammates on the platform. Guild membership is earned, not applied for. It comes with access to exclusive opportunities, priority placement, and a direct voice in how the Zing community evolves.

Bronze

BRONZE GUILDER

Entry into the Astra Guild. You've crossed the threshold of excellence and are recognized by the network as a trusted, proven Teammate. Access to Guild forums, early shift previews, and invitations to member events.

Silver

SILVER GUILDER

You've sustained excellence over time and across a diverse portfolio of Spots. Silver Guilders receive priority placement for premium shifts, enhanced Community Pool allocations, and direct access to Zing's growth initiatives.

Gold

GOLD GUILDER

The pinnacle of the Astra Guild. Gold Guilders are the faces and voices of Zing's community, featured in brand materials, invited to advisory sessions, and recognized across the Toronto hospitality industry as the gold standard of the craft.
