What is a Zing?

A Zing is a rating loop — a visual indicator of performance. Teammates earn pink loops. Spots earn teal loops. The more loops you have, the higher your tier.

Zings are earned through two-way reviews after every shift. Ratings compound over time — the system rewards consistency.
