The Spot pays Zing Inc. for each completed shift. Zing Inc. then pays the Teammate directly. Everything runs through the platform — no side deals, no confusion, no chasing invoices.

Zing is not an employer. Workers are independent — they choose where, when, and how often they work. The platform facilitates the match, handles the payment, and builds the data that makes every subsequent match better.
